TRAINING

Training programs and specifically programmed to the clients needs and goals, with a mixture of weight resistance training, cardio vascular, strength training and core training we create a hybrid training concept that maximises muscle growth and fat loss together, whilst we improve your physical performance.

 

MEAL PLAN 

All diet plans are designed around the clients requirements. Whether you’re vegan, celiac, specific allergies, we have a blank page approach to each client coming through the door to give them their precise diet. Each diet will include training and none training day plans, several menus, different recipe options as well as a full pdf for guidelines on keeping your diet easy to follow. 

 

CHECK INS

Along with the daily communication we have with our clients we also schedule in weekly check-ups for the client to see their progress week to week. Our main objective is to keep clients aware of the progress they’re making and adjusting the plan where needed.
